System Status
Real-time monitoring for ShotMatch services.
What we monitor
Four independent checks run against ShotMatch from outside our infrastructure, every 60 to 300 seconds. Each one measures both availability and response time, and the bars above show the last 60 checks for each service.
- Website
- The public site — landing pages, pricing, documentation and sign-in. A failure here means shotmatch.io is unreachable.
- API & Infrastructure
- A deep health check that exercises the database, cache and object storage behind the public API. It fails if any dependency is degraded, even when the site itself still loads.
- Application
- The grading pipeline itself: color matching, LUT generation and video processing. This is the check that reflects whether jobs actually run.
- Billing
- The Stripe webhook that records payments and credit top-ups. Downtime here delays credits being applied; no payment is lost.
Reporting an issue
If a service looks healthy here but something is broken for you, that is worth knowing — email [email protected] with what you were doing and roughly when. Known incidents show up on this page as soon as monitoring picks them up.
